About the Company
Well Established company is expanding (again)! Come and join the team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs. Services include Clinic, 1:1 ABA therapy (center, home, community settings), parent training, local school district consultation, and ABA/educational services. The company has monthly team meetings to discuss client issues, relevant topics in the field, and the latest research.

Position Summary
Responsibilities may include: conducting assessments, creating treatment goals, ensuring treatment fidelity, tracking progress aligning with electronic data collection system, providing staff training, and supervision of assigned BCaBAs and RBTs.


  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or Special Education or another Human Services Discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis; and Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Inc., or state-issued license to practice Applied Behavior Analysis.

  • Must be BCBA

    • OR able to sit for the BCBA exam.
