Location: Fredericksburg, VA

Availability: Full Time

A private in-home and center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider serving the northern Virginia region. The company provides therapy services to children ages 2-21 with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Behavior Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, and Developmental Disabilities.


Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Direct client programs and manage staff implementation of services

  • Supervise RBTs, prospective BCBA and BCaBA candidates and Program Supervisors

  • Design client program goals and objectives; observe and report on client progress

  • Conduct weekly staff training and provide feedback to employees on new developments within clients' programs

  • Serve as liaison to public school district; work with district administrators on program development

  • Design and deliver training to parents and staff

  • Conduct assessments including Functional Behavior Analyses

  • Develop Behavior Interventions Plans




  • Licensure in the state of Virginia to practice ABA

  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field

  • Experience using the principles and methodology of Applied Behavior Analysis to teach children with autism

  • Experience supervising/training staff and parents

  • Thorough understanding of typical child development

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Outstanding interpersonal and computer skills
