BCBA PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Location: Cary, NC
Position: BCBA - Program Director
Program Director over the Early Learners Program across all clinic locations (Cary, Charlotte, and Fayetteville) in NC.
Primary Responsibilities:

Provide quality leadership, clinical supervision, and direction to BCBAs and RBTs

Work on a team to further develop and subsequently create, specific Programs designed to drive comprehensive care for early to school-aged learners (e.g., Early Intervention, Classroom Readiness)

Oversee the quality and growth of the clinical Program(s), including driving Program outcomes, efficiency, replication, and dissemination

Conduct behavior assessments and facilitate programming practices based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) specifically related to the Program(s)

Facilitate parent training and support the stewardship of families

Stay on top of relevant industry research on the Program(s) & incorporates into practice

Verify that high quality supervision and management is occurring

Actively shape approaches, feedback, and parent collaboration based on deep understanding of family culture and skill repertoires into action with exemplary performance
-
Promote CCABA’s professional, ethical and people values and holds others accountable to live up to those standards
-
Serve as a liaison between the organization, staff, families, community, health care providers, etc.

Provide continuing education to employees, families, and our communities
Qualifications and Experience:
-
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential with at least 3 years of experience leading or working on a team to develop or maintain a Program designed to drive comprehensive services for early to school-aged learners (e.g., Early Intervention, Classroom Readiness)

Experience maintaining, developing, or creating a Program using strong ABA conceptual competency

Expert and strength in early to school-aged demographics, behaviors, developmental needs, and lifespan consideration

Practices are derived from most up-to-date evidenced-based standards

Highly skilled in training, development and apprenticeship of other clinicians
-
Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
